We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring the proper management, security, and accuracy of the company`s assets and inventory. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in asset verification, inventory management, and audit reporting, contributing to the overall efficiency and security of our operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage company assets per system documentation requirements.
Conduct regular inventory checks and safety assessments of warehouse materials, and produce inventory analysis reports.
Verify consistency between departmental system records and actual assets through regular inventory checks.
Perform cross-departmental asset security patrols to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Verify production personnel attendance against HR data and analyze discrepancies.
Supervise scrap material handling and sales, promptly detecting abnormalities.
Prepare daily audit reports.
Exceptional performance may lead to promotion opportunities.
