∎ JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to planning and providing training, workshop to the PPs under the IDP. Regular field visit to improve the quality of IDP to achieve the goal and objectives of the Programme, maintaining liaison with BRAC programmes and other organizations, and reporting.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide training and workshop to the Village Development Organization (VDO) leaders, Development Support Group (DSG) member and others.
∎ Prepare training plan; materials & module and to make schedule of VDO leaders, DSG member and other training & workshop.
∎ Provide training and refreshers to the Local Govt. Representatives.
∎ Collect the training requirement from all components and share with management.
∎ Prepare monthly training reports and submit to HO.
∎ Visit and follow up the Youth Men & Women trainees activities who are received the income generation training by BRAC-IDP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having knowledge of local and national related to training, process of behavior change in human being
∎ Excellent Facilitation and Organizational skills.
∎ Excellent in report writing, module develoment and facilitation skills.
∎ Good in bolth verbal and written communication.
∎ Minimum one year experience in the relevant field.
