Responsibilities & Context:
data edge limited is one of the leading ICT System Integration company in Bangladesh providing ICT solutions to its wide customer base in Bangladesh and abroad. data edge limited is looking for some suitable young professionals to assist it`s day to day HR Operations, employee training activities & related admin works.
Assist in day to day HR operation.
Maintain automated system of HR database, leave management, daily attendance system management etc.
Maintain and update personnel files and other HR documents.
Maintain engineers OEM certification process & records up-to-date.
Conduct orientation program for the new joiners.
Related admin works.
