Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
The incumbent will work under the supervision of Senior Food Technologists to assist in recipe development, food analysis, and maintaining laboratory standards in the New Product Development (NPD) and Quality Control (QC) labs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior technologists in recipe formulation and food analysis.
Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure proper documentation of lab activities.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards of the NPD lab.
Support in quality evaluation and research activities as required.
