Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the position of Executive – Sales. The role involves supporting the sales team in client communication, order processing, documentation, and delivery follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams

• Conduct client visits and follow up on sales activities

• Handle submission, collection, and order processing tasks

• Prepare and manage sales-related documents (PI, LC, UD, invoices, etc.)

• Coordinate lab dips, approvals, and production updates

• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery follow-up

• Manage email communication professionally

• Work closely under the guidance of the Team Leader / Sales Head
