Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases, portals, referrals, and campaign leads.

  • Receive and handle inbound calls from interested buyers professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about residential/commercial projects (location, size, price, payment schedule, handover timeline, facilities).

  • Generate and qualify leads and forward hot prospects to the sales team.

  • Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up reports in CRM or manual registers.

  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email as per company policy.

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints politely and efficiently.

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly lead generation targets.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.

  • Comply with company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
