Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the project site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure proper implementation of construction plans, schedules, and project timelines.
Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship as per company standards.
Check and verify work progress, measurements, and contractor bills before submission for approval.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at the site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the management.
Identify technical issues at the site and take necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate with the procurement and store team for timely supply of construction materials.
Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget, quality, and schedule.
