∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills, hardworking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Trainee Engineer:-
∎ -To ensure and assure that plant is running with defined SOP.
∎ -To take care of plant process stack.
∎ - Monitoring the Process Parameter and maintaining the operation system.
∎ -To plan the shift hrs activity and control it.
∎ -To maintain healthy human relation & discipline among available shift personnel.
∎ -To liaising with others department like, Lab, Maintenance and store.
∎ -To ensure that plant meet its all target related to Production, Quality and Housekeeping.
∎ - Fill up Log Sheets and write Log Book in every Shift.
∎ -To follow the rules and regulation laid down by Management time to time.
∎ For Trainee Chemist:-
∎ -Responsible to plan and perform, sampling and testing of Raw materials, Technical Materials, Finished products, Boiler and Brine waters, In process samples, and complaint sample as per the procedure.
∎ -Carryout preparation and standardization of standard solutions and reagents.
∎ -To carryout measurements for calibration of inspection measuring and test equipment and initiate corrective actions for maintenance and repair.
∎ -Effective communication to reporting manager with respect to abnormalities.
∎ -Check all test methods and ensure that it is valid before use.
∎ -Compile all documents of QMS and other regulatory requirements.
∎ -To plan the shift hrs activity and control it.
∎ -To liaising with others department like, Production, Maintenance and store.
∎ -Adherence to safety, GMP, GLP, housekeeping norms at QC/QA.
∎ -Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
