∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
∎ Strong command over CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools.
∎ Excellent understanding of lead management, prospects nurturing, and client conversion.
∎ Outstanding communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle sales objections effectively.
∎ Must be target-oriented and result-driven.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
∎ Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.
∎ Ensure proper lead nurturing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
∎ Conduct training sessions for telesales representatives to enhance communication and closing skills.
∎ Analyze data and sales metrics to improve team productivity.
