Experience:
Proven experience in network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), and both direct and indirect sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in basic computer & App operations; familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related apps is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunity, and train new network partners to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, customers, and internal team members to foster trust and collaboration.
Promote and sell company products through both direct outreach and strategic network marketing channels.
Conduct compelling product presentations and training sessions for new and existing clients to secure successful sales conversions.
Provide ongoing support to the client network, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and performance.
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.
Performance Based Salary only, Package up to BDT. 45,000 (Including TA/DA).
