  • Proven experience in network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), and both direct and indirect sales strategies.

  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in basic computer & App operations; familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related apps is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are seeking an experienced and innovative sales professional to join our dynamic team as an Senior Executive – Sales. We welcome candidates who are motivated, result-oriented, and eager to contribute to our growth and agree to work with performance based salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunity, and train new network partners to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, customers, and internal team members to foster trust and collaboration.

  • Promote and sell company products through both direct outreach and strategic network marketing channels.

  • Conduct compelling product presentations and training sessions for new and existing clients to secure successful sales conversions.

  • Provide ongoing support to the client network, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and performance.

  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.
