Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for (Assistant Key Account Manager - Affiliate Program) professionals who already deal with high-net-worth clients and have access to strong networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), business owners, and professionals with significant investment capacity.
Leverage personal networks, professional associations, and social connections to generate qualified client leads.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and excellent service.
Present TAM’s investment products clearly and confidently to clients, focusing on security, returns, and flexibility.
Conduct client meetings, seminars, and private introductions with prospective investors.
Maintain a consultative sales approach—understanding client needs and tailoring investment solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent TAM at high-profile events, professional clubs, and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience dealing with high-value clients.
Established network of affluent individuals, business owners, or professionals.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent in English and Bangla
Professional, confident, and client-centric demeanor.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
