Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for (Assistant Key Account Manager - Affiliate Program) professionals who already deal with high-net-worth clients and have access to strong networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), business owners, and professionals with significant investment capacity.

  • Leverage personal networks, professional associations, and social connections to generate qualified client leads.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and excellent service.

  • Present TAM’s investment products clearly and confidently to clients, focusing on security, returns, and flexibility.

  • Conduct client meetings, seminars, and private introductions with prospective investors.

  • Maintain a consultative sales approach—understanding client needs and tailoring investment solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Represent TAM at high-profile events, professional clubs, and networking opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience dealing with high-value clients.

  • Established network of affluent individuals, business owners, or professionals.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Fluent in English and Bangla

  • Professional, confident, and client-centric demeanor.

  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
