1.Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the company’s sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

2.Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team performance.

  • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture within the team.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage key accounts to ensure revenue growth and client success.

4. Sales Process Optimization:

  • Continuously review and improve the sales process to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and conversion rates.

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, monitor progress, and maintain accurate customer data.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s customer base.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and potential sales channels.

6. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and targets.
