  • Proven experience in network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), and both direct and indirect sales strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in basic computer & App operations; familiarity with CRM tools and sales-related apps is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

  • High preference given to candidates with sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, customers, and internal team members to foster trust and collaboration.

  • Promote and sell company products through both direct outreach and strategic network marketing channels.

  • Identify new business opportunity, and train new network partners to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct compelling product presentations and training sessions for new and existing clients to secure successful sales conversions.

  • Provide ongoing support to the client network, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and performance.

  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
