• At least 3 years

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom or retail management

• Experience in showroom of leather, fashion, footwear products will be preferred

• Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

Job Context

We are looking for the experienced dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to achieve the monthly sales target of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff supervision, inventory control, and overall showroom presentation. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure business growth and brand value.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day showroom sales target efficiently.

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right products.

• Assist showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.

• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing sales professionally.

• Maintain proper product display, stock availability, and showroom cleanliness.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and management for smooth operations.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

• Implement promotional activities and showroom sales strategies.
