Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom or retail management

• Must have relevant experience in managing a showroom of relevant goods products on your own.

• Experience in leather, fashion, footwear products will be preferred

• Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

Job Context

We are looking for the experienced and results-driven dynamic Showroom Manager to manage showroom and grow sales operations. The role involves for leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining overall showroom performance. The candidate will act as a bridge between management and customers, ensure brand value and growth of business through effective showroom management.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall management and supervision of the leather showroom.

• Ensure smooth daily showroom operations and sales activities.

• Lead, train, and monitor showroom staff to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.

• Manage product display, stock control, and inventory accuracy.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with head office regarding sales, stock, and promotions.

• Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and brand image.

• Implement company sales policies and promotional strategies.

• Keep an eye on competitors and suggest new ideas to boost sales and improve the showroom experience.

• Ensure profit or beak even point (BEP).
