- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan to Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products or services. Must be able to lead a marketing team, monitor subordinates activities to promote sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and traditional channels
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to achieve business goals
- Lead, train, and supervise the marketing team and external agencies
