Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and evaluate new business and expansion opportunities for the company
- Lead brand expansion across retail chains, corporate clients, and new markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities
- Plan and execute outlet expansion, retail onboarding, and distribution growth
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis for expansion decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams for smooth execution
- Monitor expansion performance, sales growth, and ROI; prepare regular management reports
- Support new product launches and ensure effective market penetration
