Job Description
The Manager – Sales (Branch In-Charge) is responsible for overall branch operations with a strong focus on sales growth, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, effective people management, inventory control, and alignment with EERNA Ltd.’s policies and standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Plan, execute, and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the branch.
Drive retail and corporate sales by developing effective sales strategies and promotions.
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions to maximize revenue.
Ensure proper product display, pricing, and merchandising within the branch.
Branch Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for timely stock availability.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and support team to achieve performance goals.
Assign duties, monitor attendance, and evaluate staff performance regularly.
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment within the branch.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the 1000fix service center to ensure smooth warranty and after-sales support.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to management.
Coordinate with Head Office departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
