Job Description
The Executive – Retail Sales is responsible for providing excellent in-store customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting IT products and solutions. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering suitable product recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying retail shopping experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers professionally at the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and accessories.
Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and after-sales services clearly to customers.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Target & Performance
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories to maximize sales value.
Participate in promotional campaigns, offers, and product launches.
Product Knowledge & Display
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, specifications, and market trends.
Ensure proper product display, pricing tags, and cleanliness of the showroom.
Assist in merchandising and visual display as per company guidelines.
Billing & Documentation
Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and payment procedures.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Ensure proper documentation for warranty registration and after-sales support.
After-Sales Support & Coordination
Provide basic after-sales guidance and coordinate with the 1000fix service center for service or warranty-related issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Teamwork & Compliance
Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve branch sales goals.
Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.
