• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in flat/apartment sales within the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market is preferred.

Job Summary:

PRAGATI BUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION, a renowned company in the housing sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EXECUTIVE to lead and manage the flat sales team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate sales with proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the flat/apartment sales operations.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Coordinate with marketing and project teams to support sales activities.

• Handle client queries, property viewings, and negotiations.

• To close successfully flat sales deal with clients.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
