UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to support course marketing initiatives and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The role also includes handling freelancing marketplace projects, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns

• Design posters, graphics, and digital marketing materials

• Bid on and manage projects on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and similar

• Coordinate with freelancers, review portfolios, and ensure quality and deadlines

• Deliver client and internal projects on time with high-quality standards

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Track analytics and prepare performance reports

• Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to maintain brand consistency

• Generate creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and contests
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management

• Hands-on experience with Fiverr, Upwork, or similar freelancing platforms

• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies

• Excellent communication skills in English (Bangla is a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
