Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market mechanical engineering products (machinery, equipment, spare parts, or services)

• Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders

• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and customer demand

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Arrange product demonstrations, meetings, and site visits when required

• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management documentation.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Additional training in marketing or sales is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of mechanical products and systems

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills

  • Market analysis and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, or business development (preferred)

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered
