Responsibilities & Context:
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Coffee World outlets, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, team performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves leading outlet teams, maintaining brand standards and supporting business growth through effective supervision and coordination.
Working Hours:
- 8 hours a day and 6 days a week.
