  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience selling SaaS, PropTech, or digital solutions.

    • Existing network in the real estate sector.



Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive with experience in real estate to help Olmo grow its client base. You will be the face of Olmo, introducing our platform to property owners, developers, brokers, and managers, and helping them adopt digital property management solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard potential clients: property owners, real estate developers, brokers, and property managers.

  • Conduct product demos, highlighting features like:

    • Tenant-Manager direct chat

    • Maintenance ticket management

    • Digital rent collection and receipts

    • Contract management

    • Payment analytics

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calls, and follow-ups.

  • Understand client needs and propose Olmo solutions tailored to them.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Collaborate with the tech and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Track and report all sales activities in CRM tools.

  • Represent Olmo at real estate events, property fairs, and networking sessions.
