Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Corporate is responsible for supporting and driving corporate (B2B) sales operations for the Banani Branch. This role focuses on corporate client acquisition, key account management, proposal and tender handling, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales support. The position plays a key role in achieving corporate revenue targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Job Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
Assist in developing and executing corporate sales strategies to achieve branch and company revenue targets.
Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate, institutional, and business clients.
Manage assigned corporate accounts and ensure continuous business growth.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings as required.
Sales Operations & Tender Management
Handle corporate inquiries, bulk orders, and institutional sales requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.
Assist in tender preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up processes.
Support price negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies and margin guidelines.
Internal Coordination & Order Execution
Coordinate with product, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Ensure proper installation, warranty registration, and after-sales support in coordination with the 1000fix service center.
Resolve order-related, delivery-related, or service-related issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track corporate sales performance, client activities, and revenue progress.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client updates for management review.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business decisions.
Team Support & Professional Representation
Support the Corporate Sales Manager in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Represent EERNA Ltd. professionally in corporate meetings, events, and business forums.
