  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail outlet accounting.
  • Must have experience in IT / Electronics / Computer retail industry
  • Practical knowledge of POS systems, inventory accounting, VAT & TAX

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily sales, purchase, and cash records of the retail outlet

  • Handle POS sales accounting, cash & bank transactions

  • Prepare daily cash position, sales reports, and stock reconciliation

  • Monitor inventory movement, warranty tracking, and supplier bills

  • Manage VAT & Tax-related documentation for outlet transactions

  • Coordinate with Head Office Accounts for monthly closing and reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and ledgers

  • Support internal audit and compliance requirements

  • Maintain accuracy in ERP/Accounting software
