Job Context: Meghna Fresh LPG Limited (MFLPG) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MFLPG manufactures cylinder gas for domestic, private, and commercial consumption. MFLPG is searching some experienced, proactive & energetic sales professionals for its Sales & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LPG industry. This position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, identify new sales leads & build relationships with retailers. The incumbents will report to the department head for duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Ensure monthly and periodical sales achievement according to market demand within lead time.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales analysis reports and graphical presentations to increase sales, revenue, market share, etc.
Demonstrate and advocate our new product to the dealers, retailers, customers, and other stakeholders to increase sales subject to cylinder availability.
Administer the field sales force (ASM, Sr. Exe/Exe/Officer) of the assigned sales area in a proper manner that ensures individual growth and target achievement.
Analyzes team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance
Create and maintain a professional positive relationship with Channel partners and major dealers/Customers.
Ensure new distributors/Channel partners/retailers/dealers are within lead time subject to cylinder availability
Assist the head of sales in ensuring the price model is within the lead time for each month.
Visit the market to strengthen the relationship with the dealers and to identify market trends.
Inject 12 kg & 33 Kg cylinders based on market demand within lead time subject to cylinder availability.
Ensure timely payment is received & deposited in the company account.
Attend to customer queries, complaints, requests, and provide necessary solutions within the lead time.
