Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor (Sales Executive) to join a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand’s retail team in Bangladesh. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for personal care, beauty, and wellness products who enjoy engaging with customers, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to overall store success.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and guide customers with product knowledge in personal care, beauty, and wellness categories.
Deliver a premium shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Provide accurate information on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle billing, cash, and point-of-sale operations with accuracy.
Support the Store Manager in implementing promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and customer engagement activities.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service and product offerings.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
