Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Executive, Sales (Beauty Consultant) to join a prominent foreign lifestyle and wellness brand’s retail team in Bangladesh. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for personal care, beauty, and wellness products who enjoy engaging with customers, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to overall store success.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet, assist, and guide customers with in-depth knowledge of personal care, beauty and wellness products.
• Deliver a premium shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle billing, cash and POS operations accurately.
• Support the Store Manager in promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and customer engagement activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organizing and safety standards.
