Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention, repeat purchase rate and overall outlet sales.

  • Design and manage loyalty programs and customer engagement campaigns to improve customer lifetime value.

  • Analyze customer purchase data to identify trends and recommend revenue-driving initiatives.

  • Segment customer database for targeted promotions and personalized communication.

  • Monitor customer experience standards across pharmacy outlets and ensure service excellence.

  • Oversee structured complaint handling process and ensure timely resolution.

  • Track and report CRM KPIs including retention rate, campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.

  • Identify service gaps and recommend corrective actions to strengthen brand loyalty.

  • Ensure proper maintenance, accuracy, and confidentiality of customer data.
