Design and manage loyalty programs and customer engagement campaigns to improve customer lifetime value.
Analyze customer purchase data to identify trends and recommend revenue-driving initiatives.
Segment customer database for targeted promotions and personalized communication.
Monitor customer experience standards across pharmacy outlets and ensure service excellence.
Oversee structured complaint handling process and ensure timely resolution.
Track and report CRM KPIs including retention rate, campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
Identify service gaps and recommend corrective actions to strengthen brand loyalty.
