• Age At least 35 years

• Candidates must have experience as a medical faculty member in a recognized medical college, university, or academic training institute.

• Strong academic and teaching background in the relevant field is required.

• Candidates without teaching experience are strongly discouraged from applying.

• Excellent teaching and communication skills.

• Strong academic and professional background in the relevant discipline.

• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic quality.
