Responsibilities & Context:

1. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Coordinate with hospital departments, doctors, and external stakeholders.

  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the director.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.

2. Medical Coordination

  • Assist in organizing medical meetings, conferences, and seminars.

  • Maintain and update medical records, reports, and documentation as required.

  • Coordinate with medical staff regarding schedules, updates, and patient-related briefings.

  • Help in research and compilation of medical data for internal use or presentations.

3. Content Creation (Medical Topics)

  • Create, edit, and proofread medical content such as articles, blogs, and social media posts.

  • Simplify complex medical information into easy-to-understand content for public awareness.

  • Assist in developing educational materials, newsletters, and hospital publications.

  • Work closely with the director to align content with hospital goals and medical accuracy.

4. Digital & Social Media Support

  • Manage and update social media platforms with relevant medical content.

  • Assist in planning and executing health awareness campaigns.

  • Monitor engagement and feedback on published content.

5. Research & Documentation

  • Conduct research on medical trends, healthcare policies, and innovations.

  • Prepare summaries, briefs, and content drafts based on research findings.

  • Ensure all content and documents follow ethical and confidentiality standards.

6. Confidentiality & Professionalism

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of medical, organizational, and personal information.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.

7. Miscellaneous Support

  • Assist in travel arrangements and event planning related to medical activities.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the director related to hospital or content work.
