Responsibilities & Context:
Provide OPD and IPD surgical consultation and patient management.
Perform major surgical procedures according to hospital facilities.
Evaluate diagnostic reports and establish appropriate surgical treatment plans.
Manage surgical emergencies and trauma cases effectively.
Supervise OT procedures and guide junior doctors and nursing staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Follow hospital protocols, infection control policies, and ethical medical practice.
Provide on-call support for emergency surgical cases when required.
