Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution

• Postgraduate training/diploma in Ophthalmology (preferred).

• Valid BMDC registration.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in eye care (rural/field experience is an advantage).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in resource-limited settings.

• Conduct eye examinations, diagnose, and treat common ophthalmic conditions.

• Perform minor surgical procedures and refer complex cases to specialized centers.

• Provide counseling and education on eye health, hygiene, and preventive care.

• Manage outpatient and inpatient eye care services.

• Collaborate with hospital staff to organize eye camps and outreach programs.

• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to hospital reporting.
