Responsibilities & Context:
Provide comprehensive OPD and IPD medical care for adult patients.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Interpret laboratory investigations and imaging results.
Manage medical emergencies and critical cases.
Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
Coordinate with other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
Provide on-call support for emergency medical cases when required.
