Responsibilities & Context:
Zhaofeng Gelatin Limited is a leading export-oriented manufacturer of hard empty capsule shells. The company was founded in China in 1999 and has since expanded to Bangladesh in 2019. Its products are used by pharmaceutical companies around the world. We are inviting applications from well-experienced candidates on a contractual basis for the following positions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the production of empty capsule shells, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards. Monitor production equipment and processes, identifying and resolving any problems. Train and develop production team members. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Communicate effectively with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance. Identify and implement ways to improve production efficiency and quality.
