Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the production of empty capsule shells, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards. Monitor production equipment and processes, identifying and resolving any problems. Train and develop production team members. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Communicate effectively with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance. Identify and implement ways to improve production efficiency and quality.
