Education:

Diploma (3 years) in Paramedic Course or graduate in any discipline

• Age At most 35 years

• At least 3 years Diploma in Paramedic Course or graduate in any discipline completed from recognized institution

• Maximum 35 years of age (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates)

• Relevant experience at any NGO/private clinic or hospital will be preferred

• Patient counseling, client support and front desk customer management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsRecord keeping and documentation skills

• Familiar with operating clinic management software

• Excellent computer skills in MS Office application suite

• S/he will perform duty at the reception/OPD of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, Khulna

• S/he will assist Doctors/Consultants and Sonologist for service delivery especially for doing Ultrasonogram, ECG and X-Ray services

• S/he will counsel clients in a non-judgmental way and maintain confidentiality

• S/he will be supportive, empathic and respectful to the clients with strict adherence to counseling ethics

• S/he will ensure to register all clients in clinic software

• S/he will ensure appropriate and confidential forms, files recording and system and where necessary make appropriate referral

• S/he will have to maintain proper documentation and records of all services and will generate necessary reports as per requirements of the SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre (SMC D & CC)

• S/he will ensure quality and sustainability of the SMC D & CC.
