We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to aggressively generate leads, drive project sales, and close business for Fire Fighting and HVAC systems, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate customer leads and develop new business opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

  • Conduct technical discussions with clients, deliver product presentations, and raise awareness of the proposed systems.

  • Collect required technical and commercial details from clients for relevant inquiries and coordinate with the engineering team for quotation preparation and system design.

  • Arrange and attend client meetings, including project site visits and final negotiations.

  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and set performance goals for the respective area.

  • Develop effective sales strategies and monitor performance using defined KPIs.
