Proven track record in real estate sales and client acquisition.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market, specially of Jolshiri and Bashundhara R/A centric market.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the sales operations of the company’s Jolshiri projects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase project sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify prospective buyers and generate leads through different sales channels.
Guide and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits with potential buyers.
Maintain updated information regarding Jolshiri, Bashundhara and surrounding real estate markets.
Coordinate with marketing and management to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with customers throughout the sales process.
