Support the General Manager in executing sales plans, client negotiations, and deal finalization.
Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth internal collaboration with service, logistics, and accounts teams.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Monitor and report on sales pipeline, customer interactions, challenges, and performance through regular reports.
Maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM records, and follow up on customer issues and payment collection.
