Experience:
Lead and manage the pipe industries field sales team within the assigned territory.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for pipe and fittings products.
Develop and manage dealer, retailer, and project-based sales channels.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure proper market coverage, product availability, visibility, and brand presence across the territory.
Conduct market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and execute sales plans, promotional activities, and market expansion strategies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and action plans to Head Office.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Handle market issues, dealer complaints, and recovery follow-ups professionally.
Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.
