  • Candidates with proven records in dealer/distributor sales, market expansion, and team supervision will be prioritized.

  • Experience in field sales (preferably in PVC Pipe, Building Materials, or FMCG sector).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of distribution networks and trade channels.

  • Sound analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office.

  • Ability to travel extensively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Result-oriented with strong ethical and professional standards.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic territory planning and meticulous execution.

  • Develop, appoint, and retain effective dealers and distributors within the designated region.

  • Extend market coverage and guarantee the consistent availability of products across retail and project channels.

  • Implement sales programs, promotional activities, and campaigns in accordance with head office policies.

  • Monitor sales performance and ensure robust stock rotation at dealer locations.

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with dealers, retailers, and local influencers.

  • Ensure that distributors maintain adequate inventory levels, make timely payments, and adhere to company policies.

  • Assess dealer performance and identify areas for improvement or replacement as required.

  • Conduct regular dealer meetings and sales review sessions.

  • Collect and report data on competitor activities, new product launches, pricing strategies, and market trends.

  • Provide strategic insights to management for informed decision-making.

  • Identify new opportunities within emerging markets or government and project-based sectors.

  • Oversee the timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors in compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, expense statements, and market analysis documents.

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Office concerning supply chain management, product delivery, and promotional materials.
