Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and profitability.
∎ Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
∎ Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
∎ Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for the company’s products.
∎ Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s market share.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans.
