Experience:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets within the designated area.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market coverage and strengthen the distribution network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, ensure regular follow-up, and resolve market-related issues promptly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand, and report insights to management.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the assigned territory.
Plan and execute market visits, dealer meetings, promotional activities, and product launches.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and field force under the assigned area.
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and maintain healthy credit control.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and forecasting to the Head Office.
Ensure company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards are strictly followed in the market.
Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to achieve overall business objectives.
Candidates who successfully achieve assigned sales targets will be eligible for attractive and high-value incentives. A yearly salary review will be conducted based on performance. After successful completion of a 3 (three) months probation period, the position will be confirmed as permanent, and the employee will be entitled to all company benefits as per policy.
