- Experience-3 to 5 years.
- Experience in Trading, Export/Import, FMCG, Automobile Parts, or Industrial Products sales will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create new potential distributors and manage the sales team effectively.
Maintain a proper balance between primary and secondary sales.
Work under pressure to achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify potential markets and explore B2B sales opportunities.
Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team within the assigned territory.
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, including market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Candidates with prior experience or knowledge in the lubricant industry will have an added advantage.
