Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Support the onboarding of new clients and expand relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
Maintain communication with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other partners.
Conduct market research and provide insights on trends, pricing, and opportunities.
Assist in key account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams for smooth shipment execution.
Prepare reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market developments.
Help plan and organize trade events, customer engagement programs, and promotional activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.
