• Knowledge of freight forwarding operations is a plus

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Support the onboarding of new clients and expand relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets.

• Maintain communication with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other partners.

• Conduct market research and provide insights on trends, pricing, and opportunities.

• Assist in key account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams for smooth shipment execution.

• Prepare reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market developments.

• Help plan and organize trade events, customer engagement programs, and promotional activities.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all sales activities.
