Education:

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and website operations
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Spreadsheet.
Strong analytical ability, effective communication and teamwork skills
Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to accurately identify product colours and value additions specific to Aarong merchandise.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Prior internship experience or academic exposure in marketing or e-commerce will be considered an advantage.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, retail outlets, and third-party partners.
Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-ground operational support during high-demand periods.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
Develop clear, accurate, and customer-centric product descriptions for the e-commerce catalogue in British English.
Prepare, manage, and maintain MS Excel CSV files ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
Conduct routine health checks of the website and mobile application to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Upload and manage product listings on the Aarong website backend in accordance with established guidelines.
Execute backend product repositioning to enhance visual presentation and overall website aesthetics.
Coordinate with Aarong retail outlets for order fulfillment and product-related support, including on-site visits when required.
Provide operational support for marketplace order processing and delivery coordination during peak periods.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to fulfill data, reporting, and analytical requirements.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
