Responsibilities & Context:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Prepare job descriptions and post job ads

  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates

  • Coordinate interviews and selection process

  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees

Employee Relations

  • Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances

  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

  • Promote a healthy workplace culture

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS entry/update

  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation

  • Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes

Compensation & Benefits

  • payroll preparation

  • Maintain employee benefits (leave, insurance, bonuses)

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs

  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs

Compliance & Policy

  • Implement HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations

  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data

 Administrative Responsibilities:

General Administration

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing

  • Support management in day-to-day administrative functions

  • Organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

Support Services

  • Coordinate logistics for events or departmental needs

  • Process administrative bills and ensure timely payments
