Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, organizes, and manages production operations for a specific department(s) across all shifts.
∎ Helps to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.
∎ Plans and schedules work to meet production requirements while making effective use of labor, material, and equipment.
∎ Coaches and reviews performance of direct reports.
∎ Set up, operate, and oversee automated processes to print mat products.
∎ Perform all activities related to the effective startup, continuous operation, and shut down of automatic machines, using operational software; Perform frequent visual and manual inspections to ensure proper operational functioning.
∎ Troubleshoot various machine malfunctions to expedite problem resolution and maintain production levels.
∎ Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to prevent or detect jams or malfunctions, adjusting as necessary; Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.
∎ Maintain cleanliness of machinery in order to ensure efficient and effective operations.
∎ Record stops in production and explanation for stops to be reported back to supervisor and technical experts for efficiency improvement opportunities.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Mechanical ability.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.
